At bai, we’re breaking up with synthetic overload. While most activewear is made from recycled plastic bottles and petrochemicals, we’re not about that life – recycled or not. Your skin deserves better than petroleum-derived fabrics.
That’s why we work with natural, lower-impact fibres that feel as good as they look. From our signature Booflex™ bamboo blend to our smooth Modal fabric spun by Lenzing™, every piece is designed to move with you and stay kind to your skin.

Meet Booflex
Our signature fabric, designed to feel like a second skin – without the polyester.
Booflex is bai’s custom blend of
- 65% bamboo viscose
- 23% organic cotton
- 12% elastane
It’s everything you want in a fabric: buttery-soft, breathable, anti-odour, 4-way stretch and naturally thermoregulating (translation: it keeps you comfy from sunrise coffee to post-dinner stretches).
We’ve kept elastane to the lowest possible amount – just enough to give you the stretch and support you need, without compromising on comfort or flooding your skin with plastic.
And because it’s made with low-impact, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified materials, it’s just as good for your skin as it is for your conscience.
Crafted from over 300gsm, slightly thicker than your average activewear, for that just-right compression, zero see-through moments, and enough durability and support to back you up on every movement.

Soft, steady, and naturally kind to your skin.
Our Modal Collection is crafted from 90% TENCEL™ Modal, a natural fibre derived from sustainably sourced beechwood, blended with 10% elastane for the perfect stretch. At ~230 GSM, it’s lightweight yet steady – ideal for all-day wear, movement, and lounging alike.
Spun by Lenzing™, the industry leader in eco-conscious innovation, this fabric is made through a closed-loop process that reuses water and solvents, meaning lower impact and a softer feel.
The result? A smooth, breathable fabric that moves like a dream, keeps its shape, and feels silky against your skin.
