If it’s not love at first stretch, no stress. You can return any full-priced piece for a full refund or swap it for a better fit, if stock is available.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Please request a return/exchange by emailing hello@baiactive.com within 21 days of receiving your order.
2. Please include your full name, order number, the reason for return, and which item/s you would like to exchange or refund.
3. Once your request is approved, we will send you the return address. Please post the item back to us.
4. After we receive your item and it is in the original condition, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days and notify you.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers cover return shipping.
Please note: bai active will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item. If the item does not reach us or you safely, bai active will not be held responsible.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unworn, and free from makeup, deodorant, perfume or any other marks. We encourage you to return your order in its original packaging.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are applied to the original payment method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
